Mintsignia specializes in custom engraving on awards, plaques, trophies, gifts, and personalized items.

All listings are described as accurately as possible, but variations in color, materials, or engraving tone may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences.

Because we do not keep on-hand inventory, all items are ordered from manufacturers after your purchase. Availability may vary.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice.
Custom Orders & Personalization

All engraved items include a digital proof, which must be approved before production.

No engraving begins until the customer approves the proof.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all spelling, dates, names, and details before approving.

We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
Engraving on Customer-Supplied Items

We may engrave customer-provided items on a case-by-case basis.

Because sentimental or irreplaceable items may carry risks, the customer assumes full responsibility for the item.

We do not replace or reimburse for damage to customer-supplied items.

Approval is required before dropping off any personal item.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Oneida, NY for a $10 fee.

Pickups require an appointment and are arranged directly with the customer.

Mintsignia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be requested immediately.

If materials have been ordered or proofs created, cancellation may not be possible.

Changes after proof approval cannot be made.

Damage, Loss, or Errors
