SHIPPING POLICY

Mintsignia is committed to delivering high-quality engraved items quickly and safely. Because all products are made-to-order, shipping timelines may vary based on production time, material availability, and order size.

Processing Time

  • All items are custom-made. Production begins after proof approval.

  • Standard processing time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on item type and workload.

  • Bulk or award orders may require additional production time. You will be notified with an estimated completion date when your order is placed.

  • Materials are ordered specifically for each job to ensure the highest quality. Production timelines may be affected by manufacturer availability.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, destination, and cost efficiency.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

  • Mintsignia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (weather, routing issues, holidays, etc.).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.

  • Bulk orders or large items may require adjusted shipping rates; you will be notified prior to invoicing or shipment.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Free local pickup is available in Oneida, NY by scheduled appointment only.

  • Local delivery within a 10-mile radius is available for a $10 fee.

  • Delivery for bulk or award orders may be available upon request.

Shipping Damage

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required.

  • A replacement or solution will be provided based on the situation.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Mintsignia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Mintsignia is no longer responsible for loss or theft.

  • If a package appears lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping for Customer-Supplied Items

  • If we are engraving an item you provide, customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Mintsignia.

  • We cannot be responsible for shipping damage that occurs to customer-supplied items in transit.
