PROOF APPROVAL POLICY

Before any engraving or production begins, Mintsignia provides a digital proof for your review and approval. This ensures that all spelling, layout, design choices, and personalization details match exactly what you want.

 

Please read the following terms regarding proof approval:

Proof Review

  • Every order receives a digital proof by email for approval before production begins.

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details, including spelling, dates, layout, and design elements.

Revisions

  • Revisions are always free.

  • Mintsignia does not charge for additional edits or layout changes.

  • The end goal is for you to be completely happy with your design before production.

Approval Requirement

  • Production will not begin until you provide written approval via email.

  • Approval must clearly confirm that the proof is final and ready to engrave.

  • Once approved, design changes cannot be made.

Accuracy and Responsibility

  • Mintsignia engraves exactly what appears on the approved proof.

  • Errors in spelling, dates, or information approved by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • If an engraving differs from the approved proof due to a Mintsignia error, we will correct or replace the item at no cost.

Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time begins after proof approval.

  • Delays in responding to proofs will delay production and shipping.

Customer-Supplied Logos or Artwork

Customers may submit their own logos or artwork for engraving. Mintsignia will do its best to optimize and clean up the artwork, but:

  • Results depend on the quality and clarity of the file provided

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork may limit engraving results

  • Mintsignia is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality artwork that cannot be improved

  • High-quality files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG) produce the best results.
