REFUND POLICY

Mintsignia creates fully personalized, made-to-order products. Because each item is custom engraved based on customer-approved proofs, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized or engraved items.

 

Before any engraving begins, every customer receives a digital proof for approval. No work is completed until the proof is approved, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction before production. Once a design is approved, the order is considered final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

 

If your order has not yet entered the proofing stage, cancellations may be possible; however, once proofs are created, design work has already begun and cancellation may not be available.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on engraved, personalized, or custom-made items. All custom orders receive digital proofs for approval, and no engraving begins until you confirm the final design.

  • Non-custom items (when applicable) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and approved by Mintsignia prior to return.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if Mintsignia makes an error that differs from the customer-approved proof.

  • If an error occurs on our end, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for:

    • Proof-approved spelling or design errors supplied by the customer

    • Dissatisfaction with natural variations in wood, leatherette, acrylic, or engraving tone

    • Changes requested after final proof approval

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging and shipping materials

  • Once reviewed, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested immediately after ordering.

  • If proofs have already been created or materials have been ordered from the manufacturer, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is allowed, any design work already completed may incur a fee.

Changes After Ordering

  • Changes cannot be made after final proof approval.

  • If production has not yet begun and materials are in stock, we may be able to adjust your order. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the change.
