Orders are diligently dispatched from Monday to Saturday and are guaranteed to arrive on or before the specified date provided during the checkout process.

 

3. PROCESSING TIME

To ensure utmost quality, please allow a reasonable timeframe of 1-5 business days for the personalized process, in addition to an estimated shipping duration of 2 to 7 business days. On average, the delivery time falls within the 2 to 7 business day range following the placement of the order.

 

4. RELIABLE SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped using the reliable U.S. Postal Service, renowned for its secure and efficient delivery network.

 

5. HOLIDAY PERIODS

As a small business, there may be times when we are on vacation. During these periods, processing and shipping times may be delayed by up to one week. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Products: Our refund policy covers physical products, including laser-cut and engraved items, that are purchased directly from Mintsignia.

1.2 Graphic Design Services: Refunds for graphic design services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.

 

2. CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

2.1 Product Returns: To be eligible for a refund, the purchased product must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2.2 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required to process the refund.

2.3 Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for a refund:

a) Customized or personalized products, including those with custom engravings or designs.

b) Digital products or downloadable content.

c) Gift cards or vouchers.

a) Refund to the original payment method: The refund amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the original purchase.
