1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

1.1 Products: Our refund policy covers physical products, including laser-cut and engraved items, that are purchased directly from Mintsignia.

1.2 Graphic Design Services: Refunds for graphic design services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.

 

2. CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

2.1 Product Returns: To be eligible for a refund, the purchased product must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2.2 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required to process the refund.

2.3 Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for a refund:

a) Customized or personalized products, including those with custom engravings or designs.

b) Digital products or downloadable content.

c) Gift cards or vouchers.

 

3. REFUND PROCESS

3.2 Assessment: Our team will review your refund request and assess its eligibility based on the conditions mentioned in Section 2.

3.3 Refund Options: If your refund request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

a) Refund to the original payment method: The refund amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the original purchase.

b) Store credit: You may opt for store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.

 

4. PROCESSING TIME AND FEES

4.1 Processing Time: We strive to process refund requests promptly. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

4.2 Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may be applicable for certain returned products. If applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
